Trained as a qualified teacher since January 2017, Paola is violin and viola lead tutor at the Royal Academy of Music Junior Academy FSE.
Since 2015, she has been working for two organizations in London, both specialised on string teaching, the London Music Masters and a primary school in the London borough of Hackney. Inspired by the Kodály and Suzuki methods, both projects aim to teach kids from a very young age at group and individual lessons.
In 2015, Paola was also strings tutor at Peterborough Music Hub in Cambridgeshire and violin and piano teacher at Wanstead Music School in London. Between 2014 and 2015, she was also violin and viola tutor at Every Child a Musician (Ecam), a musical programme based in the London borough of Newham, teaching at primary and secondary schools.
In Italy, Paola worked at Progetto Mozart, which she helped creating and organising alongside Roberto Iovino. The project was based on creative and interactive learning processes and gave Paola the opportunity to teach at different Italian primary, secondary and high schools between 2006 and 2009.
Paola also teaches privately, preparing students for the music grade exams.
